Philosophy

My philosophy is pretty simple…it all comes down to choice.

We live in a society where we can choose just about anything we want, from where we live to how to raise our children.  We can choose what means of transportation we are going to take, when we want to go, and where we want to go.  We can also choose what we eat and how we live our life.  One thing we typically don’t choose is to be unhealthy.  Unfortunately, all of our choices combined often lead to this.  Once we get to the point of being unhealthy, we can choose to do something about it or choose to ignore it.  Again, it comes down to choice.

Once you have made the choice to take action and do something about it, then you begin on your journey of making more positive choices to accomplish your original goal.  Sounds simple, right?  It can be.  When you begin to do more than just go through the motions (exercise and eat well) that is when you will see results.  You must make the choice to be conscious of what you are doing, what you are putting into your mouth, and of your goals.  You must involve more than just your body.  You must think and believe that change is possible.  Once you learn to do this, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
