25 Things I am Thankful for – Fitness Edition #1 Burpees
I will start my list off with my favorite exercise of all time…the beloved burpee. I wrote a post about burpees awhile back, including how to do them and why they are beneficial. Burpees are a great full body exercise that I incorporate into my workouts at least once a week. If you have not tried them, check out my previous post.
