25 Things I am Thankful For – Fitness Edition
It has been awhile since I have blogged, but I have been working on my November blog series. During the month of November (up until Thanksgiving), I will be blogging the 25 Things I am Thankful For – Fitness Edition. I will post one “thing” each day. “Things” will include exercises, food, equipment, tools, etc. They are 25 random things but each one plays a role in fitness and health, and they are all things that I use/need on a regular basis to keep myself on track.
