25 Things I am Thankful for – Fitness Edition #12 Skipping
Skipping is one of my favorite activities because it takes me back to my childhood. Skipping is a great cardio option and a must for warming up before a run. When you skip, you can’t help but smile. I really enjoy having clients skip, especially for the first time. They usually look at me like I am crazy, I demo what I am asking them to do, and as they begin, a smile comes across their face and they say, “I haven’t done this since I was a kid!” Exercise can be fun. You just have to find the things that you enjoy, the things that make you smile, and do them!
