25 Things I am Thankful for – Fitness Edition #13 TRX
If I had to pick just one piece of fitness equipment to use, I would pick the TRX. Their slogan, “Make your body your machine” is perfect. The TRX can be used virtually anywhere, by anyone. By changing the angle at which you are suspended, you can change the difficulty of any exercise. Virtually any exercise you do on the TRX involves your entire body, making it a very efficient training device. Some of my favorite exercises on the TRX are:
