25 Things I am Thankful for – Fitness Edition #6 Bosu Ball
The Bosu Ball is one of my favorite pieces of equipment. It provides an unstable, versatile surface where you can work on balance and stability while performing, lower body, upper body, and core exercises. Pushups and mountain climbers are two exercises that I like incorporating into my training to work on shoulder stability while strengthening the core. Squatting on the Bosu with the blue side facing down is my favorite isolated lower body exercise. I incorporate the Bosu in a least one workout a week.
