I absolutely love this timing app! I have tried quite a few and found this one to be the quickest and easiest to program and operate. You can customize the work and rest time, how many rounds, and your prep time. It allows you to choose if you would like your device to vibrate and/or buzz to signify the beginning and end of a round. It shows you how many rounds you have completed and how much time you have remaining. It is a great app for when I am doing a timed workout on my own. I don’t have to watch the clock, my phone, or my watch…I can just work! I also love using it when doing Tabata or any type of interval workout with clients. It allows me to focus on them, not on my watch!
