25 Things I am Thankful for – Fitness Edition #9 Running/Walking Tracks
One of my favorite places to run is on a track. Although it may seem boring to some, I find it very motivating to be able to see exactly how far I have to go and to know exactly how many laps I have left. I prefer doing sprints on the track versus running for distance, however. Each time I go, I pick either 100, 200, or 400m and then decide on how many sprints I will run. My goal is to beat my times from the last time I performed the same workout. If you have never ran or walked on a track, I encourage you to go to your local middle school or high school and run or walk around the track.
