Hey guys!

It has been a little while since I posted.  I had my family in town last week and I was busy entertaining and enjoying their company!

I can’t believe September is already here!  I have a group of women running in the Kiss Me Dirty Mud Run in Oregon on September 21st.  If you are looking to have some fun, get a little dirty, laugh, and challenge yourself, this is a great opportunity!  It is a 5k obstacle course where you will have a chance to to crawl, run, walk, jump, skip, slide, and climb through mud and over and around obstacles.  Check out the link and watch a short video clip of last year’s race.  We would love to have you join us, so let me know if you’d like to be apart of the team!
